THE 2ND STREET FESTIVAL IS A FREE, TWO-DAY COMMUNITY FESTIVAL AND ANNUAL CELEBRATION OF THE HISTORIC JACKSON WARD NEIGHBORHOOD IN DOWNTOWN RICHMOND

The 2nd Street Festival in Richmond returns in 2022 for its 34th anniversary on Saturday, October 1 and Sunday, October 2. This community festival celebrates the rich culture of the historic Jackson Ward neighborhood in Downtown Richmond.
